My 2021 Dodge Charger shows A64: “3.7L engine(Ekg)/5Spd M/T Nv3500(Ddc). This code identifies the factory-installed engine or related powertrain configuration” The vehicle has had previous owners, so I am trying to separate factory equipment from later modifications. Is this code enough to confirm how it left the factory?

If the feature is listed but not working, scan all related modules before assuming it was removed. A stored fault, replacement module, or configuration mismatch can make original equipment appear absent.

I have seen this on a similar Dodge Charger. The basic description was correct, but one related feature was part of a separate package. I would not assume the code includes every item mentioned in marketing material.
